What ingredients do you use in Gimicandy lollipops?
We always start with a simple base of sugar, glucose, and water. From there, our flavors are developed using real fruits, herbs, honey, and botanicals. Many flavors begin with fresh fruit that we turn into a concentrate, sometimes enhanced with additional natural flavoring. For select varieties, we also brew herbal teas and slowly boil them down into flavorful syrups.
Do you use artificial colors or dyes?
No. All Gimicandy lollipops are completely free from artificial dyes. Any color you see comes naturally from real fruits, herbs, botanicals, and carefully selected plant-based sources—never synthetic or chemical dyes.
Are your ingredients ethically sourced?
Yes. Any cocoa or chocolate ingredients used in our products are sourced from ethical, fair-trade farms. Responsible sourcing is important to us.
Are your lollipops handmade?
Absolutely. Every Gimicandy lollipop is handcrafted in small batches. Each batch is cooked, poured, and wrapped with care—just as we would make them for our own kids.

We do! Living in Maine inspires us to create seasonal and small-batch flavors throughout the year, often based on what’s fresh and available.
