Gimie Candy ships all orders using United States Postal Service (USPS) and United Parcel Service (UPS) to provide reliable and timely delivery throughout the United States.
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once your order is processed, it is handed over to USPS or UPS for shipment.
Shipping times are estimated and begin after your order has been shipped.

- USPS First-Class Mail: 2–5 business days
- USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days
- USPS Priority Mail Express (if available): 1–2 business days
UPS Shipping Options
- UPS Ground: 1–5 business days
- UPS 2nd Day Air (if available): 2 business days
- UPS Next Day Air (if available): 1 business day
Delivery times may vary due to carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volumes.

- Delivery destination
All applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Tracking Information- A USPS or UPS tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.
- Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.
Gimie Candy is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, UPS, weather conditions, holidays, or high shipping volumes once the package has been transferred to the carrier.
Incorrect or Incomplete AddressesPlease ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
- Gimie Candy is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If a package is returned to us by USPS or UPS, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
- If tracking shows your package as Delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local USPS or UPS office.
- If the issue remains unresolved, contact Gimie Candy within 7 days of the delivery confirmation so we can assist with a carrier inquiry.
International shipping times vary by destination and customs processing.
